Our website offers two types of products:

• Premade (In-Stock) Items – Ready to ship

• Pre-Order Items – Produced after orders are placed

Shipping timelines differ depending on the type of item purchased.

Premade items are already produced and ready to ship.

• Orders are processed within [1–3 business days]

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes [3–7 business days], depending on location and carrier

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped 

Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and require production before shipping.

• Estimated production time: [2–6 weeks]

• Production times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Shipping begins only after production is complete

• Tracking information will be sent once the order ships

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing time.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

• We are not responsible for carrier delays
